Chinese New Year
Celebrate Chinese New Year in the beautiful surroundings of 14 Hills, high in the sky.
Head Chef, Thomas Piat has created an extra special menu consisting of a whole duck cooked two ways, for two to share, including a glass of red wine each.
Feast on confit spiced duck leg, rocket salad, orange dressing and crispy skin, followed by roasted duck breast with a pomegranate and orange jus, root vegetables and venus black rice.
Bar Manager, Leandro Conti, has also created two bespoke cocktails for the occasion, Cin Cin made with Tanqueray gin, Choya Yuzu sake, homemade chai syrup, fresh citrus, egg white and Angostura and Oriental Cooler, a non-alcoholic cocktail including apple juice, apple and cardamom shrub, lemon, mint syrup and dill.
This menu is available on 24th, 25th and 26th January at £38 per person.
Chinese New Year menu available on Friday 24th January for dinner, Saturday 25th January for lunch and dinner and Sunday 26th January for lunch.
