Featuring delicate garnishes’, Japanese botanicals, and a perfect balance of crisp, cool, and tantalizing flavours, we present a menu of six cocktails developed by our Bar Manager Spyros Apostolopoulos and Roku Gin’s Brand Ambassador Raffaele Di Monaco.

To name a few we urge you to try the Fuyu 75 our ‘winter negroni’. Bringing you Yuzu aromas and sake flavouring to the palette, this classic twist on a negroni is your perfect post-meal tipple.

Discover the spicy Haku and Kuro, Roku Gin’s sister serve, infused with coffee, chilli, Tia Maria, hazelnut, pimento dram, and white truffle chocolate…a cocktail too sweet to resist.
